FBHP Members eighteen (18) years of age and older may choose to participate in the Active&Fit Direct™ comprehensive fitness membership program. Active&Fit Direct is a product provided by American Specialty Health Fitness, Inc. An enrollment fee, monthly fee and applicable taxes gives members access to the Active&Fit Direct network of fitness centers nationwide, and on-demand workout videos to stay active at home or on-the-go.
